Whole White Truffles

Truffles are found only in certain parts of the world. They can be harvested only during the Autumn months under carefully controlled conditions. Our Truffles are found deep in the oak woods of Istria County in Croatia, close to neighboring Italy and Slovenia. These truffles are revered not only for their fine quality, but also for the care taken in blending them with other gourmet ingredients including olives, olive oil, and prized boletus and champignon mushrooms.

RECIPE - Pasta with White Truffles

40 grams preserved white truffles, 240 g fine pasta, 200 g cream, 80 g butter, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, white truffle olive oil (optional)

Heat the butter in a sauce pan, add cream, and season to taste. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, then pour sauce on top. Add grated truffles and a few drops of white truffle olive oil. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
