RECIPE – Istrian Fuzhi with Truffle Sauce

80 grams Tartufata, white truffle olive oil, 320 g Istrian fuzi pasta noodles, 80 g butter, 200 g cream, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese.

Heat butter in sauce pan on low heat, being careful not to scorch butter. Add cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain, then pour sauce over pasta. Add Tartufata and a few drops of white truffle olive oil. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and fresh green salad.
