Our chopped black truffle pieces are slightly larger than our minced black truffles. Choose one or the other depending on desired consistency and presentation.

Truffles are found only in certain parts of the world. They can be harvested only during the Autumn months under carefully controlled conditions. Our Truffles are found deep in the oak woods of Istria County in Croatia, close to neighboring Italy and Slovenia. Our chopped truffles include no other ingredients besides choice black or white truffles in olive oil.

RECIPE – Fish Fillets with Chopped Black Truffles

90 grams chopped black truffles, 4 fish fillets, flour, 40 g butter, 200 g cream, 3 tablespoons premium olive oil, ½ glass wine, black truffle olive oil, salt, pepper.

Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Coat them with flour and fry on butter and olive oil for 3 minutes on each side. When ready, let them sit in another vessel. Pour the wine into the pan with the remaining oil and boil briefly. Add cream and chopped black truffles and season to taste. Put the fish fillets into the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Add a few drops of black truffle olive oil. Serve with wild rice and steamed or raw vegetables.
